Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully repack your scooter or bike in its original box, including all chargers, tools, and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you retain your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
